Thanks, Chris for your expert coordination of the EHS Warehouse training in the HMHS University Platform Foundations! Your professional organization of this complex…
Chris Kelly is nothing short of phenomenal in the classroom. He continually scores in the excellent range on Instructor Feedback Surveys and is highly recommended as an instructor. Specific reasons cited are his passion for the subject matter, his ability to reach all students, his variety of teaching methods and extensive resources he uses beyond the textbook and traditional material.
From a leadership perspective, Chris is recognized as an informal leader in the Education Department. As our campus transitions curriculum to an online environment, Chris is a valuable resource on how to accomplish specific tasks within the online system. He is a trouble shooter and a problem solver. I could identify several specific instances when Chris helped me to solve technical difficulties or to find the most efficient method to accomplish a task online.
Our team often reaches out to Chris for resources in teaching specific class material. We can also depend on Chris for a lively, worthwhile discussion about a teaching method or idea. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the discussion.
Chris has also demonstrated leadership in the realm of curriculum development as he is currently developing in-house curriculum for our Professional Development course.
I appreciate the opportunity to recommend Chris Kelly.
Thank you.

Fantastic with students!
Christopher did a wonderful job teaching my students a Japanese language lesson. He was very energetic and friendly with the children which in turn sparked their interest and kept their full attention. Throughout the lesson, Christopher had provided various resources such as his iPad and picture flash cards to really engage the students. There was much laughter and smiles coming from them while they were being taught by Christopher. I highly recommend him as a tutor!

When Chris first began working for the Learning Resource Center, he immediately took on many technological challenges. His expertise in troubleshooting and database operation helped to resolve specific reporting inconsistencies. In addition, his skills as an educator shined through in his interaction with students and potential students. Chris is personable, kind and very detail oriented. Any school or company would be lucky to have him as an employee

2004 RAVE REVIEW RECIPIENT
Transaction Processing Department, Customer Care Unit, BOMC / Yes Solutions
CHRISTOPHER KELLY:
Chris joined the company in April 2003, as part of a large contingent of new employees hired into the new Transaction Processing department in Mechanicsburg. Chris worked for “Book of the Month Club” many years prior to pursuing his schooling and 10 years of working and living in Japan. Chris enjoyed his employment with the company so much, that his first choice upon return to America was to apply at Bookspan.
Chris started in the data entry unit and was quickly recognized for his intellect and skills beyond keying. Chris not only assisted management with the cost/benefit required for the new Vista system but documented suggested changes to the system that would allow for increased productivity. It should be noted that all of Chris’s suggestions were implemented, and the vendor staff who upgraded the system worked with him directly. The upgraded system allowed for over $250,000 in savings to the company due to increased efficiencies/staff reductions.
Chris had past supervisory experience, and was promoted to a second shift supervisory position; he willingly changed his shift to assist the department at a time when more stability was needed on this shift.
Currently, Chris serves as the Reports Specialist, assigned to the many and varied reporting needs of the customer care unit. Most recently, his job responsibilities were expanded to include customer service, where he quickly developed a daily summary report of performance for the Vice President of the unit.
Chris has an excellent work ethic, and is able to manage to meet the needs of multiple members of the management staff in terms of reports development, modification, correction, and documentation. He is a pleasure to work with, and he fully supports the needs of the business. Upon hearing about the change to YES Solutions, Chris quickly identified the need to modify reports to be used under a third party structure.
Most companies would like to have ten employees like Chris working for them.
